Incompressible turbulent flow on smoth surface

The article precent a universal model of shear turbulent flow
over smoth surface.
The model is based on mathematicle analysis together with
experimental data of
turbulent flow circular pipe.
The shear stress model were used to solve momentum equation
for some surfaces
and showed good correlation with the experimental data.
